What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your user profile, login credentials, and personal contact information from our active systems.

What may be retained

Financial and transaction records (such as invoices, sales, and payment history) tied to your business account may be retained for a limited period where required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations, even after your personal account is deleted. If you are part of a team, deleting your individual account does not delete your organization's business data — only an account owner can request deletion of the entire business account and its data.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will send a confirmation email once complete.
